Subscription or Monthly Billing

- If you are on a subscription-based service plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made at least five (5) business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

Digital Products

- All sales of digital products, including eBooks, templates, and DIY kits, are final. No refunds will be issued for digital downloads once they have been accessed or downloaded.

- Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if services have not yet commenced or if you can demonstrate an error or issue with the services provided.
